sounds like you were born to be a water GOD. Those people can really use a smart american who brings water out of the ground. Don't you think the rain is enough though. Is there a lot of industry there? Is it mostly small businesses? Any large aluminum plants or soap making factories? What do the local police look like? Do they carry sticks or machine guns? Try not to get kidnapped.
